Today is day 23 and it is something that makes me feel better. Sometimes it can just be Dennis holding me while I cry or am in a funky spot. I feel safe and secure in his arms and he is getting real good about not trying to fix whatever is going on. He is a compassionate and kind man.


Then sometimes watching something really funny pulls me out of where ever I am at. It can be a movie, TV show or stand up comedian. Or videos on YouTube can also make me feel better. "calm it down, calm it down, calm it down"
If I wake up in a funk the long walk I take with my dogs boosts my spirits. Talking to close friends also helps. I used to turn to food but I have moved away from that cuz in the long run that did not make me feel better, just made me fatter.

Listening to music is a real mood lifter! And it is not any specific kind, it is just listening to a random mix of artists.
So those are things that can make me feel better.
